This policy applies to monthly membership packages offered through Founders Nest Namibia.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered.
- Technical failure on our side.
- Cancellation before the service starts.
- Customer dissatisfaction: Refunds will be calculated by dividing the total amount paid by the number of sessions included in the package. Any sessions already used will be deducted from the refund amount due to resource usage.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Non‑Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Any services outside the scope of monthly packages.
- Fully used memberships (e.g., if all sessions in a monthly package have been used).
