Referral Program Disclaimer

The Founders Nest Namibia Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Fusion Crafters Trading CC t/a Founders Nest Namibia. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• The Program is open only to Namibian residents.
• All membership levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are eligible to participate.
• The reward level must match the referrals: e.g., five Bronze referrals = Bronze reward, five Silver referrals = Silver reward. You cannot earn a higher‑tier reward from lower‑tier referrals.

Reward Conditions

• One free membership is awarded for every five (5) successful referrals.
• Rewards are capped at one free membership per month and do not stack.
• If referred members do not renew payment in the following month, the reward ends until five new paying memberships are achieved.
• Rewards are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Fraud Prevention

• Self‑referrals are strictly prohibited (same email, IP address, or other identifiers).
• Suspicious referrals will be manually reviewed, and Founders Nest Namibia reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent activity.

Program Changes

• Founders Nest Namibia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Existing rewards already earned will be honored under the agreement in place at the time of qualification.

Activation & Usage

• Reward activation is confirmed via email link.
• Rewards will only be activated once payment from referred members has cleared.
• Rewards must be used in the month they are received; unused rewards will expire and cannot be carried forward.

Limitations of Liability

• Founders Nest Namibia provides this Program in good faith and cannot be held liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from participation.
• We disclaim liability for technical issues, misuse of services, or fraudulent activity.
• The Program is subject to Namibian consumer law and applicable regulations.
